Prepare 2 Fainalind recipes as shown on the packs and divide in 2 bowls. Allow to stand for some minutes.
Then pour one of them into a pizza tray and cook in the oven at high temperature.When it starts to look firm, lay the ham and the mozzarella cheese on. Then pour on the mixture of the other bowl and allow to cook until browning.Alla piemontese (piemontese style) : add 50 gr of grated cheese.
Alla turinese (turinese style) : in 550 c.c. of water liquidize one medium onion.
Alla genoese (genoese stlyle) : add two beaten eggs.
