• 125 grs. Fainalind
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 125 g self-raising flour
  • Stuffing:
  • 1 small coffee cup oil
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper and 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 spoonfull parsley
  • 4 round courgettes
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 cup broth
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 small cup grated bread
  • 1/2 small cup grated cheese
  • Dough:
    Put in a bowl: butter, eggs, salt and vinegar. Mix well and fold in the flour which has been
    previously sifted with FAINALIND. Make the dough and allow it to stand. Cover with paper a 24 cm diameter cake pan, already buttered and floured. 

In a frying pan, heat up the oil, brown the onion, and add then the leek, the red pepper and the green pepper, the garlic and parsley.
Stir and mix well. Next add the round courgettes, the carrots, salt, pepper, nutmeg and the broth.
When the courgettes are ready, remove and let drain. Season, then add grated bread and grated cheese. Allow to cool off.
