• 3/4 tea cup Fainalind
  • 3 big potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
  • 1/2 cup self-raising flour Others: Oil for frying as needed.

Grate the potatoes, put them in a bawl and add the eggs. A part, mix Fainalind, flour, salt and pepper together. Fold the first mixtur in. Mix well all the ingredients. Pour spoonfulls of this mixture in a pan containing very hot oil and fry until the croquettes brown on both sides. Remove and allow to be soaked up on blotting paper.

Note: these croquettes are perfect to be served with chicken or read meat.
