  • 400 g Fainalind
  • 400 g potatoes, peeled.
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Stuffing
  • 1 small cup oil
  • 1 onion, chopped.
  • 1/2 k meat, minced.
  • 100 g green olives
  • 50 g raisins
  • 3 eggs, chopped.
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, green pepper and sweet pepper powder, to taste.
  • Grated bread and some more oil to sprinkle on.

Cut the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Then smash well and mix in Fainalind,
salt and pepper. Add the butter, the milk and the oil. Mix all thoroughly. Lay one half on an oiled 24 cm pan and spread the stuffing on. Then lay the other half on it.
Smoothen with a spatula and add some grated bread all over, then sprinkle with a string of oil. Cook in oven at medium temperature during 25'.
Cocinar a horno mediano durante 25'.

Stuffing

Warm the oil in a frying pan and brown in the onion, the meat and the olives all together. Off the fire, mix the raisins and the eggs with salt, pepper, oregano and sweet pepper as wanted.
