Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Mix Fainalind with the flour and sift in a bowl or on the table. Shape as a crown and place in the centre the butter, the oil, the salt, the yolks, the sugar and the yeast. Mix all these ingredients with a spatula and gently fold in the flour to make
the dough, which you must work well. Put in a bawl and then in a polyethilene bag. Allow to stand in a warm place until it has reached the double of its volume.You can make 4 kinds of rolls.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
a) Leave the dough such as it is.
b) Add 1/2 an onion, finelly minced, and some oregano.
c) With bacon: fry 100 gm bacon.
d) With sesame: spread some beaten egg on the rolls and sprinkle sesame seeds on.
e) With poppy seeds: spread some beaten egg on the rolls and sprinkle poppy seeds on.
Note: the rolls are cooked on buttered and floured oven trays.
They must be allowed to leaven on the trays for 10 minutes before baking.
Heat up the oven, then bring to medium temperature and cook for approximately 25'.
Once they have browned, remove.
