Pour 200 gm Fainalind into the boiling water, stir with a wooden spoon until it starts to thicken, then put in the food processer, add the lemon juice, the garlic minced and pounded, and the sesame paste.
Process while adding a string of oil. Add salt and pepper.
Once you have got an homogeneous cream, pour into an oven pan.
Add the minced parsley all around near the border, continue with a circle of cayenne and finish with a little heap of parsley in the centre .
