Mix Fainalind together with the sugar and the floor. Add a beaten egg wich has previously been mixed with the milk, the orange juice and peel. Mix everything well, pour into a 24 cm round pan, already buttered and floured. Bake at medium temperature for nearly 30 minutes. Remove and turn over on a grate.
Allow to cool down and then spread some whipped cream or milk jelly on and lay the fruit over.
Note: you can get it look shiny by spreading some apricot jam on.
