• 200 g. Fainalind
  • 6 tablespoons self- raising flour
  • 1 short jet soda
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil as needed

Sift Fainalind with the flour, give it a quick siphon strike.

Add salt and pepper, then mix well with the eggs. Pour spoonfulls into a pan with hot oil and fry. Allow the doughs to be soaked up on blotting paper.

Note: You may add in some chopped bacon and green onion while preparing.
