• 200 grs. Fainalind
  • 8 slices bread without the crust, sinked previously in milk.
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a pinch grinded pepper
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, minced.
  • 1/2 small cup oil
  • 2 leeks, minced.
  • 4 tablespoons sesame paste
  • Salt
  • Matza flour as needed
  • Oil for frying as needed

Pour some oil into a frying pan, brown the leek in, add Fainalind, stir and mix with a wooden spoon. Retirar luego del fuego, e incorporar el pan. M Remove the pan from the fire and add the bread. Mix thorougly with the garlic, the grinded pepper, parsley, sesame paste and salt.
Make little balls, sized as big nuts, roll them over the matza flour and fry in oil. Allow to get soaked up on blotting paper.To be served with arabian typical bread, lettuce, tomatoes and onion salad.
