Like many other companies in Argentina, the history of Fainalind starts in 1934, with the illusions of immigrant Italian families. It was established by the grandparents, with their legume mill "Toscano", who specialized in chick-pea flour for fainá. Nowadays, one of their sons, Luis Rodolfo Porretti and his wife Elsa Boeri, are the heads of the company where their children and grandchildren also participate.
With more than half a century of experience, the grinding is realized in artisan mills, which processes are watched step by step in order to guarantee the quality of the product. We take care of it from its raw material to the finished product. We aim to consolidate the image of an integral technological advance without losing the artisan characteristics .
In our industrial plant, highly qualified personnel work on the manufacturing and selection of the legume, reaching the balance between the traditional and the most modern technology in the service of our products.
The company satisfies the orders of a big number of pizza places and distributors of Argentina that use the product to make faina.
After the insertion and the development of the supermarket business sector, new markets have been incorporated, such as bakeries, self services and groceries all around the country. For Fainalind is not just chickpea flour to make faina.The product allows multiple preparations, such as cakes, bread, canapes, sandwiches, fried doughs or soups.This product has been chosen as well by the jewish and turkish communities, who prepare Falafel and Hommus, all with the typical texture and taste of chickpea flour.
It is not only a question of a company track record, but also of a permanent work what has allowed Fainalind to be reconized all over the country.
